For
quick, casual event we offer our Express Package. For the convenience
of you and your guests, count on us to set up your buffet with
disposable containers and leave you to enjoy our award winning
selections. At the end of your meal, just roll everything up
and throw it away.
The
Express
The
Express includes some of the special touches that make Luke
& Jake's Catering of Kearney a premier catering company.
Your buffet line will have an attractively skirted table with
a centerpiece that is yours to keep. The Express serves one-third
pound of meat per person. The Express is designed for groups
up to 150 persons. If your group exceeds 150 persons, call us
for a customized plan. The basic Express includes two hickory
smoked meat choices for $6.95 a plate with a $275 minimum.
The
Guaranteed Buffet
Our
professional staff will set up a complete buffet, serve temperature
controlled food, and remove the buffet following your meal.
Table coverings, table skirtings, chafing dishes, and attractive
centerpieces will create a comfortable ambiance. You are guaranteed
that there will be no shortage of food for your guests, based
upon a one hour serving time.

Available: Coffee and Tea - add $.95 per person
Canned sodas - add $1.00 per person
We'll
cater anywhere within a 30-mile radius. For further distances,
the charge is $50 for each additional 30 miles.
